Our standards

What "board-certified" means here

Consultants are appointed only after a structured panel, reference checks and a supervised first year.

1

Licensed and re-registered

Annual re-registration with the national medical and dental councils, verified before every practice renewal.

2

Fellowship-trained

Every consultant completed accredited post-graduate fellowship training in their declared specialty.

3

Supervised first year

New consultants work alongside a department lead for their first 12 months at Novus.

4

Appraised every year

Colleague and patient feedback feed an annual appraisal. Below standard means re-training, not a quiet promotion.

Tell us in the "Reason for visit" box or call us. We match preferences as closely as clinic capacity allows, without delaying your care.

No. Any trainee involvement is supervised by a named consultant, and you will be told before it happens — with the option to decline.

Yes. Ask at reception and we will route your records to another consultant in the same department, usually within five working days.

Each consultant keeps 40+ hours of continuing development a year and holds a named supervisor in their department for peer review.
